It is headquartered in Santa Clara, California. School Scout™ provides the first service of its kind. This innovative and unique solution puts school-related criteria, school boundary maps, and real time Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data directly at the fingertips of Real Estate Professionals. This ease of access allows this important information to be effortlessly shared with clients.
School boundaries, school rankings, student-teacher ratios, and special school programs are constantly changing. Prior to School Scout™, uncovering this information required an enormous amount of research that required tapping into many different sources—creating expenditures in both time and money. The Products
School Scout™ offers two products: School Scout Professional™ and School Scout Premier™:
- School Scout Professional™ offers an online and mobile, easy to use interface, which allows Real Estate Agents to instantly find the school(s) that service a specific address or geographic boundary and / or find homes for sale that are serviced by a specific school. It also allows searches based on specific school criteria (i.e., ranking).
- School Scout Premier™, an upgrade to School Scout Pro™, is a lead generating tool for Real Estate Agents. Premier subscribers may exclusively advertise as an Area Specialist, within a School Boundary Area (SBA) of their choice.
